Franklin’s Food Pantry
At Franklin United Methodist Church, we believe loving our neighbors means responding when they are in need.
Through our Food Ministry, Franklin works to address food insecurity and provide practical support to individuals and families throughout South County. Our Franklin Food Pantry and Community Fridge help make food more accessible while reminding our neighbors that they are seen, valued, and not alone.
The Franklin Food Pantry provides food assistance to individuals and families experiencing hardship.
Whether someone is facing an unexpected emergency, a temporary loss of income, or an ongoing struggle to keep food on the table, our goal is to respond with compassion, dignity, and care.
The Food Pantry is typically open one Saturday each month. Appointments are generally not required. Because distribution dates may vary, please check our current announcements or contact the church for the next scheduled date.

More Than Food
Food ministry is about more than filling shelves or serving meals. It is about caring for people.
When urgent needs arise, Franklin may also provide community outreach meals and connect residents with information about local resources and services. Through these efforts, we seek to offer nourishment, encouragement, and the reassurance that our community stands together.
Help Us Serve Our Neighbors
The Franklin Food Ministry is made possible through the generosity of church members, community partners, volunteers, and donors.
There are several ways you can help.

Community Partnerships
We welcome opportunities to work with local organizations, businesses, congregations, schools, and public leaders who share our commitment to addressing hunger in South County.
Partners can support the ministry by organizing food drives, providing financial assistance, volunteering, sharing community resources, or helping us connect with neighbors who need support.
